Ahahah I think it's so funny that you looked like you were about to let us sniff the sauce too! I wonder what it tastes like....I really love that you can visually see what ingredients go into everything you consume! Great advice, I had no clue turmeric was so powerful

Hi,
Sayer mentions that turmeric that is not labeled USDA Organic is radiated. Is there a citation for that since I could not verify that claim as yet? Thank you for any information as I use turmeric. However, I add a little black pepper to it since turmeric doesn't absorb easily into the body. The piperine from black pepper helps nutrients get absorbed into the body up to 2000% better than without. Black pepper does this for other nutrients too so should be used often. Black Pepper is medicine.

Pleasure is all mine pretty lady :-) The land I was brought up and the land that initiated me with herbs & spices as a way of life is Malaysia but currently residing in Paris. I'm a permanent resident here. You should write a book on this & promote it on kindle and other platforms.

Ah, finally the West is discovering the health potentials of turmeric. Better late than never I suppose. I grew up in a country where fresh turmeric & tumeric powder is widely used in cooking and beauty care. When I was a young girl, my grandmother made it a point for me to include fresh young turmeric in my daily diet. She told me that I'd thank her when I'm older and she was right, I've been thanking her till today even if she's no longer here.
